At The Friend Connection, our mission is to foster genuine connections among community members. We believe that strong relationships can lead to a more supportive and resilient society.
We are a worldwide community of neuro-divergent and special needs families, joined here of one common thread;
because we believe we are better and stronger together.
We exist to find our people, and our kids' people, to provide a safe space for building nurturing friendships, and a supportive community that feels like an extended family. Where we can belong as ourselves, and where being "different", thinking "different" and acting "different" are attributes that are celebrated and not shunned.
We encourage individualism, positive communication,
and all-around friendliness.
We understand and emphasize the deep human need for connection
for the overall wellness and growth of our being.
And we believe that the genuine magic that comes from having even one good friend can change a person's life for the better.
